Shell construction

We build solid wood stave drums and with good reason. Stave drums can be build from any wood or combinations of wood. They need less glue than layered drum shells offering more tone, sustain, reflection and color.​

Self aligning lugs

These lugs are handmade and have the great ability to automatically align thanks to the brass cylinder insert. No tension on the hoop, rods or shell is a great advantage and prevents fatigue.

Stainless Steel Hoops

Our Hoops are a true work of art. Perfect round and aligned with the drum batter makes it easy to tune to your snare. We use high quality stainless steel 304. The perfect match for the perfect tone.

Tone drums bearing edge 45 degrees stave shell snare drums

Bearing Edges

Cut with high precision in the shape you want. Standard we use a 45 degree angle. Other angles or shapes on request.
